AGROCAPSULES
Combine with additional specialized systems to deliver better yields and value. These systems including water purification, biodigestion, organic nutrient generation, CO2 supplementation, HVAC, and moisture recovery are used to build a symbiotic integrated ecosystem designed to optimize efficiency, maximize plant growth and deliver consistent quality yields.
Biodigestion
Biodigestion consumes all the waste generated on-site and converts it into clean-burning, safe biogas for heating (in cold areas), supplemental CO2, and Biodigestate – an organic liquid fertilizer that reduces the need for additional minerals or chemicals for system operation.
organic compounds in the Biodigestate which are usually found in abundance in nutritional soils interact in a symbiotic manner with plant roots, producing the effect of strengthening the plant and assisting it in water and mineral uptake.
This organic fertilizer is injected into the irrigation water to produce healthier, stronger and lusher plants in a much shorter harvest time without ever resorting to chemical herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, or synthetic fertilizers.
Carbon dioxide management
Photosynthesis, the process through which plants use light to create food, requires carbon dioxide. In ambient air CO2 concentration ranges from 300-500 parts per million. Increasing CO2 uptake on average produces 25% to 35% faster plant growth.
To create a good environment the CO2 is raised to 1500 ppm and maintained at this level. As a result, yields can be increased by as much as 30%. The Agrotunnel integrates with CO2 generators that accelerate plant growth and guarantee optimal yields 365 days a year.
This technology cannot overheat due to its selfregulating properties and operates on low voltage (24V) which makes ideal for solar or wind-powered situations.
In climates where summer is hot and humid, the incoming air is pre-filtered by the ERVs to reduce indoor air pollutants, reduce humidity and maintain fresh air throughout the unit with high-efficiency energy recovery. In climates where the winter is cold with less humid summers, the HRVs use the outgoing air’s heat energy to precondition the incoming air to keep the heating system working efficiently and effectively.
Some ERVs / HRVs can effectively remove various harmful substances, such as micro dust and viruses through 3 air purifying steps. First, a basic filter removes any harmful substances.
Then, an air exchanger equipped with antivirus coating blocks the breeding of harmful viruses.
Finally, an optional high-efficiency filter installed in front of the exchanger blocks 80-90% of dust and can remove micro particles down to 0.4μm.
Two (2) arrays can supply one 1070 sq ft (99.5 m2) module and deliver all the water required for its needs. Each array only need sunlight and air to produce between 180–300 liters (47.5-79.2 gallons) per month. Water vapor is pulled from the air, converted into liquid and stored in a reservoir where it is mineralized and kept clean for optimal health.
The climate control system can manage all aspects of the growing environment – from temperature to CO2, humidity, all in one simple unit with accuracy, efficiency and tight control. The system is constantly evaluating and making decisions based on current attributes of the growing area and utilize every peripheral available to maintain the exact required climate needs.
The nutrient management system automates the precise management of plant nutrient dosage requirements and pH levels 24/7. The system can dose up to a 9-part blend (nutrients, additives, pH adjuster) while maintaining the preset environmental controls and pH settings. The system sets remote alarms and logs data progress to optimize protocols with one simple controller.
